The Met Gala is one of the most incredible nights of fashion of the year! It boasts some of the best risk taking outfits, most diverse fashion style, and stars' personal style. I love it because you can really see these stars taking risks, but also really reflecting their own style. It's like playing dress up when you're little!
My top picks:
1. Taylor Swift: I thought her dress, hair, and make-up was flawless! She really brought the glamour as well as an effortless comfort. It is very her and she looks so comfortable in her skin and so grown up!
2. Emma Stone: First of all, I love Emma Stone! Her ensemble is, again, reflective of her style and charisma. The two tone pink is fun and spring appropriate. She's peeking a perfect amount of skin without being trashy and paired with a very trendy side braid this outfit is perfection!
3. Beyonce: Can we all say it? Beyonce isn't human. She stunned in this black sparkled gown, like a starry night. Her head piece is just the cherry on top, adding glamour and pizazz! I love the shape and intricate details of the dress' silhouette combined with the edginess of the fabric and accessories.
4. Blake Lively: Old Hollywood glamour is how I would describe Blake's look. She looks stunning with the vintage soft waves and the curve hugging neutral gown. I love love love the cap flowing down to add some flare, but this is the quintessential wow dress of the evening.
5. Sarah Jessica Parker: SJP is one of my absolute style icons and she is not afraid to fail, which in fashion is key to making a splash! Well, this year she made a splash in this beuatiful Oscar de la Renta and was an absolute success! The gloves add the perfect drama to the already incredible gown. The top is so elegant and simple combined with the gian bubble skirt and detailing on the back it is just amazing!

My worst picks:
1. Lena Dunham: She had the right idea, but this dress is just not flattering. It needs a better shoe choice and some sort of necklace or accessory to jazz it up.
2. Kirsten Dunst: I get the Star Wars reference and I don't think that was a bad idea, but the construction of the dres and styling is just all wrong. It looks kitchy, which is not classy.
3. Solange Knowles: It just kind of looks like a melty cone of orange sherbet. No bueno.
4. Sandra Lee: This dress is so bad that I don't even have words. Also, why is Sandra Lee at the Met Gala, seems random.
5. Kim Kardashian: Her dress is not terrible, but it just seems like it's so overdone. The Angelina leg is tired and the color just seems kind of blah.
