Fabletics Review

Since I obviously have a thing about fashion I can' t pass up the chance to try cute workout clothes. I've been going to yoga more often recently and everyone there looks like they waltzed right out of Namaste magazine, sooo, I needed to up my game in the fitness wear department. I was referred to Fabletics by my co-worker and I am currently obsessed!! I got a few super comfy and chic outfits to round out my workout gear. I love this one, because the top can be worn for working out or swap out the pants and I'm ready to go out for the night, however counterproductive that sounds I like it! The pattern on the pants are adorable and the best part, they're not see through! Can I get a hallelujah?

Want to check it out?

Have a fab day.

Working for those cocktails!

The beauty of a work appropriate bodycon dress is that you can easily wear it all day at work and be perfectly set for after work cocktails! This dress from Le Tote is so comfy, because of the worlds greatest invention...spandex. There is simply nothing better than a dress with the right amount of stretch. I paired this dress with a great Marc Jacobs jacket that my sister in law gave me. The subtle pinstripe goes perfectly with the navy dress. It's nice to find small detailed colors in an item and match that to an all over color piece. I wore these silver flats, because I'm just not a heels at work kind of gal, but it would be super easy to throw some heels in the car and switch them out for the evening. So, head on over to your favorite apres-work watering hole and enjoy that martini, because you earned it!

IMAmazed

Sunday might be my favorite day of the week. This past Sunday we had an absolute blast! Aaron and I have a habit of brunch and fun relaxing Sunday activities when we're both free for the weekend. I love that there is no pressure on a Sunday. You could lay around and watch Netflix and it's a success or you can go to brunch, a movie, museum, bowling...etc and again a major success!

This Sunday we opted for a great lunch at Flatwater in Broad Ripple and visiting the IMA (Indianapolis Museum of Art). Oh and we took Penny to the local park and relished in her innocent joy of roaming the grassy knolls!

Flatwater is a fantastic little restaurant right on the canal. It is perfect for a beautiful warm day, but hard to get a seat. We basked in the sun and savored our local brews. The absolute must have item at this restaurant is the tuna tartar appetizer. It is spicy, fresh, cooling, and delicious. All of that siracha sushi grade tuna is served with these crispy wonton chips. Yum! We literally scarfed it down so fast I forgot to snap a pic!

We really wanted to go to a museum this weekend, so we decided on the IMA because it's so close and here's the kicker...it's free!

We waltzed in and checked out their latest exhibit, a Bonsai tree exhibit. It was actually pretty interesting and we got to vote on our favorite tree.

This one was my favorite! Look at the roots, how cool is that?

They had this really neat installation in the entrance, you could walk inside it too. Most of these pics don't do all the beauty we saw today justice, but it's worth seeing.

We didn't make it too far into the gardens, because it started getting too hot, but they had a cute little garden sale and food trucks. It definitely looked hopping and I'd love to check it out next time.
